Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

T MIRROR

Teosport Mirror is a cycling pad with a smooth top surface. Inverting the supportive layers creates a super flat top surface, that is extremely comfortable next to the skin.

HT90

A y-shaped moulded chamois which incorporates wings set at 90 degrees. High Technology 90 uses revolutionary seamless technology so this pad conforms closely to the body and follows all movements perfectly. HT90 technology reduces friction, redness and discomfort in the inguinal area during pedalling.

TM ARMADILLO

Teosport Mirror Armadillo is our super flexible chamois. Specially shaped, and oriented, variable height channels are created in the foam. This pad stays in position and conforms closely to the cyclist’s typical movements; extension, compression, torsion and inclination. TM Armadillo features Teosport Mirror technology and HT90 wing shaping and has been tested by a wide range of professional cyclists.

BLADE SIGN

Developed by Teosport to eliminate pressure points, smooth edge Blade Sign technology creates a chamois that is comfortable, lightweight and supportive. Removing the edges of the foam creates a soft, smooth, ergonomic surface, providing the rider with unprecedented comfort. A complex 3D cutting system reduces foam thickness in areas where more freedom of movement, comfort and softness are needed, yet retains sufficient foam at important support points. Exceptional flexibility adds to its versatility, so it can be incorporated into many models. Blade Sign guarantees maximum comfort when combined with T Mirror – flat surface and inverted inserts, and HT90 – curved wings set at 90 degrees.

EASY

High Technology Easy has a super smooth base pattern. Rounded tips and curved sides provide extra comfort and make this chamois easy to sew in to shorts and tights.

AIR SYSTEM

High Technology Air System features moulded, perforated channels which deliver exceptional air circulation and guarantee excellent moisture management. Located at strategic points, the perforated ventilation channels provide continuous air movement; fresh air enters, travels along the channels and is expelled as warm air. So you stay fresh and dry.

VFC

Volcano Flow Concept is a Teosport next generation chamois construction. This revolutionary foam development creates foam without any stress during production. The special reactive process the raw materials undergo creates a Volcano Flow Concept foam pad which has excellent breathability and superior support.

OE SYSTEM

As a results of many requests from cycling brands and riders, we are working to eliminate pressed edges. This helps shorts manufacturers maintain production consistency, whatever every stitch construction they use.

PERFORATED GEL

4mm Perforated Gel provides good impact resistance.

CARBON FOAM

CARBON Foam absorbs a lot of impact, conforms closely to the body, is highly absorbent and quick drying. This polyurethane foam contains microporous carbon (activated carbon) and has excellent air permeability, high elasticity and an increased inner surface area thanks to the microporous carbon – the tiny, low volume pores in its molecular structure greatly increase its surface area.

BLAZER

Blazer polyester fabric provides an exceptionally soft feel and freedom of movement. Very fast drying.

XTF

Extra Tech Fibre fabric’s unique 3D channel structure increases moisture wicking and reduces drying time. For maximum comfort it has an exceptionally soft surface. To create its capillary weave texture XTF combines top quality polyester yarn with elastane via a special production process. Using the latest machinery with 3D heads Teosport has created a unique fabric surface finish with superior softness.

AIRPLUS

Air Plus, an advanced microfibre fabric, delivers superior technical and sensory performance. Created in collaboration with Eschler and made using a sophisticated process, Air Plus provides excellent moisture management, exceptional softness and superb comfort.

BIO CERAMIC

Bio Ceramic, a new generation spun fabric, is made by combining polyester yarn with bio ceramic mineral materials. Bio Ceramic’s thermal capacity and light reflecting properties help keep the body at an ideal temperature in all weather conditions. As an active sun barrier it protects the body from UVA and UVB rays, and its high thermal insulation helps maintain a constant body temperature in cold conditions. Bio ceramic materials can absorb body heat and reflect it back in the form of FIR rays, which can stimulate the body’s microcirculatory system, strengthening the metabolism.

SAVANA

Savana fabric contains antimicrobial silver ions, which efficiently prevent the formation of micro-organisms, for long-lasting bacteriostatic performance. Savana is also super soft and stretchy for exceptional comfort and freedom of movement.

MERYL

Meryl microfibre fabric is super soft, with rapid moisture wicking, ultra fast drying and easy to care for.

GREENTECH PROGRAMME

FABRIC

e-go fabric is biodegradable, super soft, highly breathable, printable and easy to care for. It is made with Amni Soul Eco®, a next-generation yarn created via a process which conforms to eco-friendly principles. Like other biodegradable materials e-go quickly decomposes in anaerobic landfill, to become organic matter (biomass) and biogas), while similar virgin synthetic fabric can take decades to decompose.

Marnets high quality, eco-sustainable, functional fabric is made from recovered, recycled fishing nets using a sophisticated recycling process. It has the same high performance as fabric made with standard polyester, yet is made with 100% recycled materials, and can be recycled endlessly without losing material quality.

FOAM

cellpur® is the first eco-friendly foam containing TENCEL™, a cellulosic fibre produced from sustainably sourced wood using an environmentally friendly process. TENCEL™ particles In cellpur® store moisture, promptly release it, ready to absorb more moisture. This continuous cycle delivers a drier climate, making it perfect for cycling chamois.
